Signed SPA on Saturday for Nadira. According to the lawyer, there's free FnG maintenance for 1 year after SD help to setup. Pleasant surprise as there was no info on this 😄. Also got to know from sales agent that last phase of Nadira will be bigger, at 22x75. Targeted to launch on Sept at 850k

Wont believe on the new Hosp tho. Prolly in 2040 baru approve kot lol....
And with the approximity of kapar meru, i believe it will be GH instead of Private Hosp. to cater the population evenly.

Also there were news last week on plan to reinstate the cancelled LRT stations including at BBR as reported by The Edge  (personally i have no idea where it was planned out) but parliament has been dissolved too

Actually i prefer for BRT as it is cheaper instead of LRT(like sunway) and probably can cut through setia alam / KAPAR / Meru.

PH / state government should really invest in this altho public transportation is under fed purview. Smart Selangor busses for sure is under utilize in my opinion

Oh Nadira 3 is yet to launch..i thought they already launched Nadira 3. The price for Nadira is quite expensive. Last time I asked the sales person, he said they still have few units left for Nadira. I did ask about Lyra’s VP too..he said expected July 😁…

Well it's on Google maps, in Bandar Bukit Raja 3 zone. Which is essentially Kapar area haha. But not sure if this is accurate. I see, that would be great 👍

Any good addition to the township is okay in exchange of a bit of traffic 🤭

Btw anyone knows if there could be a clubhouse for BBR? Can we demand one from Sime Darby haha. Almost every new township comes with a clubhouse nowadays. Would be nice to workout, swim etc without having to drive 15-30mins out to somewhere else

Yeah I mean an external clubhouse like what they're building for Elmina. Like IJM Rimbayu, Setia Alam and Gamuda Gardens for example. They are individual title houses but they have a clubhouse they can subscribe to in the township haha

But not an issue, drive to Setia Alam Club is just about 10mins anyway, if want to join for some recreational and fitness activity. Just not sure if it's open for non-spsetia residents.
