It is the one opposite of Bukit Raja Aeon next to the petrol station but has since been scrapped from the station list. If you were to drive past that area, you can see it is actually a big area for a station. Pasar Meru is the nearest station.

The road there was bad until if a motorbikers during rain didn't notice the holes will end up dying on the road. I don't understand why if they can't maintain these brick based road, why bother at the first place? The sand under it sink and all the bricks gave way.

Yes sudah bungkus. The problem is there no gap between the road and the brick. If there's like maybe a short ruler gap using cement maybe it might psycho the driver to avoid from banging it. But again this road is being used by heavy sand carrying truck...

Even in strata tiles units also got club house fee la. Where got free lunch punya.

Bukit Raja basically. Went out this morning and weren't able to cross back to Setia Alam. Setia Alam near the big park yes, it's flooded.

That recently dugged out water retention pond opposite of the newly constructed hall looks like half baked abandon job. Yesterday I can see although the water were flowing slowing into it from the flooded main road, it just look really bad. The grass also so tall already and there's no proper completion work. The rain wasn't that long, can only imagine if the rain lasted like the one in December last time happens again.

Just don't take the risk, and just add some safety net. Usually developer won't overdesign on area where they don't build anything.
Just take note the backyard is where the outlet piping goes and be careful when pilling.
