Depends on glass quantity, normally around RM1k+ if use Reflective Film. If possible best before window grill. If no choice grill installed also no problem geh can install after grill also.

They are selling at somewhat same/very close level as SA, which is definitely a better township imo.

they thought by sticking closer to setia alam, they are offering the same kind of township towards their buyers... but somehow... SD doesnt really do much on the township planning of BBR... it seems like they just wanna ride on the success of SPS which SD dont usually do so...

the road along the BBR DSL township... so limited and so jam most of the time... even during weekend... SD should influence the JKR on doing something on the main road... wanna go Klang parade also need half an hour with that jam....
