As per my understanding, Saron is categorized as Rumah Mampu Milik, which is a subsidized hse. Other phases are fully priced hses. So, cannot make direct comparison with other phases, no? hmm.gif hmm.gif

Nobat & Nahara, also DSL 20x70, are selling around 650k too in sub sales.

They are selling at somewhat same/very close level as SA, which is definitely a better township imo.

It does look that way from the surface.

Pls take note that Nafiri 2 bu is 2024sf, if not mistaken Persada bu is about 1900sf only.

Location wise Nafiri 2 is nearer to Setia Alam whereas Persada is nearer to Aman Perdana.

Finally, we still need to see the final sales package offered for Persada.

Price starts from 648,888 (1 row only), 658,888 (majority)
Sales package: Free S&P legal fee & MOT.

Result for Persada's ballot, overall about 70% booked. Bumi: 42 of 115 units taken, non-bumi 115 of 115 units taken. Congrats!!! rclxms.gif

It's obvious the market response is very good, especially the interest coming from non-bumi. thumbup.gif

Earlier this year 20x70 dsl in EV2 priced around 650k also kena sapu clean clean. Recent launch 22x75 dsl in EV4 around 790k also achieved excellent sales. Never underestimate the power of SDP fansi. laugh.gif

Fyi, Nafiri 2 developer's price for facing playground units was 718,888 (extra 10k from normal facing units). Facing waterway units were sold at 723,888.
