Anyone from Nahara 1 who has move in yet?
I have questions on the Security system and LAN connection.

1) How to start using the security system. I notice the system is not even power up.
2) In the LAN connection box I can see 4 ethernet cable coming out from the wal. However, checking through the house I can only locate 2 LAN points. When I test the connection with a wired router and laptop both LAN points are not working.

Any input on these will be appreciated.

1) you need to call the security system company to activate your alarm system as what i've been told during VP
2) Mine also has the same thing. I asked but they can't provide much information on this. Seems like a waste to build this thing whilst there are only 2 LAN points. Don't know what is the developer thinks..

Any owner here know what is the best way to connect garden hose (or any hose) to the faucet provided by SD? The faucet provided is a bit weird than usual (the diameter). I went to hardware shops and they suggest me to either buy a regular faucet or buy an adapter.

you'll need to change to a cheaper faucet, the diameter is slightly bigger to put a normal rubber hose

Just ask ur electrician to install, not necessary need unifi contractor. The LAN cable is quite normal, not like fiber optic cable.

How many phase left to be launch? And whats the previous/recent launched?

In SD website, the next launch in BR will be Persada and there will be among others townhouse. I'll wait and see the townhouse.
