Heavy rain yesterday a lot of bukit raja housing area flood outside their house. If rain for 1 more hour the water might just went in to their kitchen and living room.

Guys, is there any legal action we can take against devloper i.e Sime darby if they purposely hand in a very defctive house to the buyer? I loose in tenancy and have to waste time till it fixed..I really feel sime darby is getting over their head. Such a dissapointment...
