Can we complaint to SD since the "hidden" things that is unknown till the hacking was done?
Seems like the owners got cheat with the neat and flawless finishing.

The value of Cogan didnt appreciate so much..any input regarding this? I always feel BBR has good potential..but the result is not as expected

Go complaint. Get them to gasak the main con kao kao. SD QC is professional, clean and genuine.

Which type is your unit, Nobat or Cogan ?
facing direction south/north ?
how much is monthly maintenance fee ?

SD main contractor have done waterproofing, it's bituminous type. It can't really said as a flaw but it's a cheaper way to do waterproofing. Saw it from the concrete slab floor after the tiles hacking this morning (black color coating).

The reno contractor commented that after applying the bituminous waterproofing, the sand cement won't stick nice and thoroughly as the waterproof material are slippery. Even though it trap water from sipping to the concrete slab, it will have leakage problem when it was full of water inside (the water will sip into the sand cement thru grout) and overflow somewhere.

It finally make sense to me now. there are actually both telephone and ethernet port below the fibre (unfi) box under the staircase. The dual ports on the left are for phone and the single port is ethernet port. They are all marked with telephone symbol which initially confused me

So the connection should be as below (i guess). Can anyone confirm it?

Phone: Unifi modem -> phone port in -> phone port out (2 output?)
Unifi TV: Unifi modem -> Unifi Router -> ethernet port in -> ethernet port out (living area)

Also, anyone here know an quick and easy way to check/test whether the ethernet and telephone wiring works (without having unifi installed)?

Bought from White Horse Taman Sentosa Klang and Kimgres PJ showroom.
Both have numbers of build up sample for reference.
Price I couldn't say is the cheapest, but there are more sample and selection.

there is one coming April but the price is 680K onwards.....

What's the built up and land size?
