Heavy rain yesterday a lot of bukit raja housing area flood outside their house. If rain for 1 more hour the water might just went in to their kitchen and living room.

2. We are pleased to update you that by virtue of the provisions of the Temporary Measures for Reducing the Impact of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) (Amendment) Act 2022 (“Covid Act”), the period from 1 June 2021 to 31 October 2021 (which is equivalent to 153 days) shall be excluded from the calculation of the time period for delivery of vacant possession of the housing accommodation (“EOT”).
3. We have also received a letter from Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (“KPKT”) dated 17 March 2022 (“KPKT’s Letter”) in respect of the EOT. Please find enclosed herewith a copy of KPKT’s Letter dated 17 March 2022 for your reference.
4. Pursuant thereto, we wish to inform that the time period for delivery of vacant possession of the Property is hereby extended for a period equivalent to 320 days commencing from the original expiry date for the delivery of vacant possession of the Property pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement. Thus, the new deadline for us to issue and deliver the notice of delivery of vacant possession to you shall expire on 6 October 2022.
