It was actually occupied by some contractors during the construction..and vacated probably weeks before VP. So there were alot of scratch marks and stained paintings..aside from that the tile work is just terrible, I feel sime darby staff handed me an obviously suboptimal unit..wonder if someone inside actually rented my unit to the contractors and pocketed the cash themself..sigh...!
P/s some of the defects that even a blind person can see..and the person in charge was too blind to fix it beforehand

Hi Guys, recently there is flooding issue at some Klang area (Bayu Perdana) due to heavy rainfall.

So far, any flooding problem at new phase (saron, nobat, cogan etc)? Access road got flood?

I am planning to buy a unit over that area. A bit concern on flash flooding issues which occur at several parts in klang valley. Appreciate some info from LYN!

Twice a year. Once every 6 months. You can also pay for the year in a single payment (in first half).
