I just heard from my friend today which facing some issue with their supervisor.

Now negotiating with their boss regards this issue and how to peacefully settle the problem made by their supervisor.

I'm not sure either.
My friend just told me that that particular supervisor got pick up phone two days back saying having vacation some where but didn't show up until now.

My friend house are about completion, but still have some leftover to settle. Maybe will find others to settle the remaining if cannot get a mutual agreement with another boss.

For Saron owner, need some advise , current monthly loan installment is above RM1500, recommend to rent out at RM1000 ? initialy bought this unit for investment. Another 7 years only can sell the unit ?

Rent out without a rental contract between owner and tenant.
The Prima rumah manpu milik doesn't really serve the purpose since there are so many people are buying for investment rather than own stay.

out of my budget sir. max usage only on weekend. unifi is overkill. biggrin.gif
