Merchant square is not the only commercial area in BSS. There is existing Metro Park and future Icon Park which comprises high rise and shopping mall.

But Merchant square is near to club house and international school.

True enough, if gomen wants to do it then anything also can. Itis more political then anything else. Otherwise we don't have to keep having fund raising to sustain the operation of schools.

Better make enquiry directly with the developer coz a lot of questions the agent have to refer to developer anyway. I have the contact of the assistant sales manager if you need it. He is knowledgeable about the project n he lives in bss personally.

The rental market is not there yet, I can see owner asking for rm1k unfurnished intermediate to rm1800 furnished corner unit.

Dextora n Elvina hopefully will fetch a better rental since it is walking distance to matrix school, club house, n merchant square.

Hope yo see rm1500-rm2500 rental 3-5 years from now.
