have u check bandar ainsdale?..think u can get much cheaper

I'm considering it as well. Superlink 22x80 Elvina. Any1 have idea of the on going promotions or rebates?

I got one unit just beside this Elvina phase. Castora (Hijayu 1). 22x80 also, built up 2720sqft, new unit just collected keys. 98% same interior layout. Selling same price with Elvina (515k). PM me if interested. Free Iphone6.

The Bandar Ainsdale new interchange started last friday. There is a bridge which currently under construction that will connect Ainsdale to S2 height. So the sendayan is not so far frm s2 heights.

Undstd from the Matrix staff that there will be also chinese , tamil and sekolah kebangsaan in their township.

Elvina also have new phased launched last week, those facing the park all taken since last weekend i went and see the chart.

Price they said will be 30-40k more. Elvina start at 559k, so the new area ard 589k..

You can see clearly from the plan for Elvina the inter and corner living area and master room is the same size at 22ft. Only the back portion of the corner unit is 27ft wide.

As for balista the corner unit is bigger at 25ft wide and looks bigger in the layout plan. Also the balcony on elvina eats up further space in the master bedroom making it even smaller/shorter. That is the only turn off for elvina in my view.  It seems they are giving more builtup in the 2nd n 3rd bedroom with the full extend of the house where it is suppose to be the master room that shud have a bigger space.

quite sometime ago. I think it was on 4th July. I booked on 21st June. Now stamping is done. But BSS claimed, there is some changes to the floor plan. They can only give me after that is completed.

Better make enquiry directly with the developer coz a lot of questions the agent have to refer to developer anyway. I have the contact of the assistant sales manager if you need it. He is knowledgeable about the project n he lives in bss personally.

Bro, as far as I know, besides restaurants, bowling, n snooker  are opened for public, coz these are paid activities, all other facilities required membership or being the guest of the member. No fee is required for swimming, lockers n shower, even give you clean towers, all court games, gym, reading room, kids room, mini theatre, etc.

Membership is free for 8+2 years if you are elvina n dextora owner.
