3. Stock buybacks - very aggressive type...
4. Ang Mo CEO (if not mistaken)
5. Investors favorite.... multi multi bagger.... from 6 to 60 over... I think....

All warehouse sales are full of crowds. Malaysians are kiasu.
Even DKSH warehouse sales in PJ, which mainly sells household products, attracts lots of people.

Ok, the idea is to buy the stock cos it's a value play type of stock.

now the reasonings were justifiable.... and if we bought the stock based on value play....
the stock probably did nothing....
not much return from the stock...
compare alternative 'ideas'.....
see?

ask yourself....
why do stock breakouts?
for me: it's usually based on good news etc.

why do stock breakdowns?
usually got bad news, yes?

for example...
take CIMB....

plenty of weakness, yes?
the stock keeps falling and falling yes?
check out the earnings trend and compare it vs the stock trend....
do you see why the stock so weak?

you see... stock with weakness... the risk? the weakness could get much, much worse before improving..... and sometimes... it is possible that it doesn't.
so buying on weakness...
yeah, it would appear that one is getting a 'discount'....
but then....
the biggest risk is that the risk could worsen.

yeah.. stock that is growing...
the risk is also that the growth could end...
and when it does...
the stock could die....


it's not as straight forward, yes?
