Just got my card approved and this happens. I was planning to try since I already maxed out my wise card too much and wanted to try M2C.

5% Dining went away again.

1) use your mbb2amex instead of your mbb2visa/mbb2master
2) use it during weekends instead of weekdays
3) use it before august instead of after august

Already gone since days ago but there's insider news says it's confirmed the cash back will be applicable for dining only from 1st August onward.

Why not.... it's equals to a pitiful 1.25%.... it was 2% before June....

since the agreement state 21 days of notice, meaning by 10 July 2015, 00:00AM, Maybank will change its info in TnC to catch effective 1 Aug day !!!

I'm a fresh grad and just started working. Was hoping to get this as my first card. Now they cancel the benefits

VS changed their PPL entitlement from unlimited to 12 times last week, then yesterday revised to 5 times. Guess what, effectively 15th July.

But so far I didn't see people post about Maybank and there is free luggage. I applied mine via Ringgitplus.com and I got RM200 + RM30 Lazada e-Voucher after my application has been approved.

The RM30 is practically useless because you can get the same offer from Lazada by using GETAPP code when you purchase RM150 (minimum) from Android/iOS.

When did you get the RM200 code? Any minimum purchase? I got my card but still havent get the voucher.

My maybank insider working in credit card dept also confirmed 5% cashback only for dining starting 1 Aug

Interested to know what's their MCC for dining. If it's pretty similar to Mach, then no point of me to hold M2C anymore.
