i went to both center and dealer - same response. maybe they kawtim here already to come up with this ridiculous rule. anyway now just waiting the online switch to go success.

For Hotlink delivery in West Malaysia, the person need to ask your SMS PIN when he arrive, please has your phone ready

Not sure if this the same in East Malaysia

i wanna port out, my curent bill is charged 1 june - 30 june.
If i mnp i need pay this full? then how i get refund?
Or i should proceed mnp without paying then nx month only see the actual bill? problem is if i dont pay now will it success to mnp?

usually purata bill
but you have to pay fullpaymnet if you already use for 1 month

How long it take to approve pop out from one telco to pop in another telco after all documents been done. I am popping out from maxis to celcom.tq

Port out failed.. I submit 2 number under unifi to other telco.. One of the Sim came as I submit 2 time (1 number each). Then I called unifi they said need telco submit 2 port out together only can.. They don't allow individuals port out, but now I am porting just diff request.. Not sure how.. Called umobile and they said will call me back due to heavy calling in currently.. Online port out can submit more than 1 number mea? I submit 1 number each.. Total two time

Have you settled your monthly bill?
Normally this telco need to do like blue telco one
Pay first then only can port out successfully

This telco really fakap 1..
Umobile is seperate req then tell me go ask unifi to seperate the line..
Unifi even both is same plan not under family plan its have 'hidden principle and sub line"we not able to know..
I ask seperate they drag said need 1week subject to approval.

So I went to umobile, they said can straight to port together as family plan and unifi there no need seperate, since I don't want wait 1 week I agreed and paid .. Then now still denied the port.. Umobile said within 24 to 48hr if still denied they will call unifi directly and ask the reason..

Update: umobile call said cannot port in, said unifi need seperate also even i port as family, then I said early promise can then now said need wait seperate which same outcome that I ask unifi.. Then I rather wait after seperate only I only reg since this umobile need me come back to service centre again which cause much hassle....so they offer refund and let me do myself online later.. 2 x 5..

Is there a way to figure out the registered NRIC of my own mobile number? I tried to port in to hotlink but received message saying that the registered ic is not mine.
