If MNP, new telco will send new Sim? or can collect immediate if doing at centre?

Either one works, center will be faster

Is there a way to figure out the registered NRIC of my own mobile number? I tried to port in to hotlink but received message saying that the registered ic is not mine.
*
The current telco app should state the ownership

anyone tries to port in to Hotlink?

The process doesn't work as when you key in your IC and phone number to be MNP, it said incorrect IC or phone number or both

Mine not activated by default. Ding dong here and there and their CS trying to educate me how VOLTE and VOWIFI works. Keep telling me that to turn on the setting on my phone, ask me to check network setting while i know they need to activate it on their side. At last their network tech contact me and verified what phone i'm using for them to activate it.  mega_shok.gif  doh.gif

Hello guys,
I'm porting out from Xpax postpaid after a good old decade with Celcom to Hotlink Postpaid. I got the sms yesterday and replied appropriately, and now I'm wondering how long it takes to move over...

My next Celcom bill comes on 18/Aug which is another 2 days. Do I have wait till then, and they pay up first?
*
normally within 24hrs, telco will say 3-5 business days though.
will need to clear all outstanding bill from current telco and there will be a last bill after port out, that's the beauty of postpaidπŸ™Š

Just ported out from Digi prepaid, was rejected due to "NON FULFILLMET OF CONTRACT". I called Digi to ask what contract do I have with them besides me giving up the unused credits in my prepaid account ? Digi claimed system error and aske me to resubmit the port out. 2nd time successful.
*
QUOTE(YoungMan @ Aug 21 2023, 07:30 PM)
If Digi wont release then Hotlink cannot accept. You have to resubmit again.
*
this is the fourth number mnp out from digi and same old trick happened πŸ™ˆ

okies, after look see around, seems like umobile got the cheapest 5g plan. rm38 60gb no need add on rm10. others all need add on. probably have to live with physical sim, then got fly over west msia only go do esim.
*

yeah... i see only if u buy phone package they only can give u the email, probably because the imei etc is on the phone la they can directly get. but they should delegate it to the authorized dealer la... umobile their line quite okay one. even roaming much better than digi, but no esim is really turn off.
*
nowadays most dealers only provide services if there's a profit, only official outlets can do it foc laugh.gif
