My trip to Ayutthaya started from 6.30 then the tour drivers dropped us in Khao San Road around 4.30p.m

highway traffic is equally bad. the worst thing is, you paid the toll money to get yourself stuck there, and bkk's toll is not cheap at all.
it's very unpredictable. you don't want to mess with bangkok's traffic. best thing is try to avoid it as much as possible.
i see that you are heading to the airport during peak hour, all the high ways leading to Rama 9 which leads to the airport will be jammed. Yes, even high way is jammed.
what you can do is stay at hotels at Ratchada Road for the last night and leave to airport the following day.

hey! yalo! didn't talk to you for so long! I just got back from Bangkok two days ago

my flight from BKK to KL was 8.20p.m and i left from my hotel around 5.15p.m and it was just nice

i didnt go to the damnoen saduak but i went to ayuthaya by engaging local tour at cheap prices!

Bell travel located at ground floor was only express from bangkok new airport to pattaya if you're go pattaya trip first.

Its will take 1.30 hours and cost you 200 baht. when reach the bus station, they will provide you a van from station to your destinated hotel.

1200 baht for a taxi.

From pattaya station get express to bkk but not bell express.

Needed 2 hours journey and cost is bath 200.

how much is the ayuthaya tour??oh jus nice ar the time, erm then i need to reach bkk before 5pm lor

I got it from Mama Tour. I wrote to them before i reach bangkok to check and book by providing the required details then one day before the tour, I gave them my room number in Bangkok.

Payment only made to the Mama Tour only after they pick us up from hotel.

Ayutthaya and Bang Pa In



06.30 am. Pick up Tourists from various points.

07.30 am. Departure from Bangkok to Ayutthaya (Ancient city) 1.30 hrs.

08.30 am. visit Wat Phu Khao Thong This temple is localed outside

the city of ayutthaya.It was built by king U-Thong in 1357 for

meditation. In 1592, when king Naresuan defeated the Burmese

crown prince, He commanded a large pagoda built at this temple

to match the height pagoda.

09.30 am. Arrive at Ayutthaya or ancient city (the second capital of Thailand ) visit The ancient palace and Wat Phra Si Sanphet was the Thai capital for 417 years. and after visit Viharn Phra Mongkol Bopit one of the largest bronze buddha's in Thailand .

12.00 pm. Lunch at the restaurant is Thai food will be served.

13.00 pm. visit Wat Lokaya Sutha. The image of reclining Buddha.

14.30 pm. Continue to Summer Palace The Royel Palace at Bang Pa In,has a history dating back to the 17th century according to a chronicle of Ayutthaya ,today the palace is used occasionally by Their Majesties King Rama IX and Queen Sirikit as a residence and for receptions and banquets.

15.00 pm. Leave from Ayutthaya to Bangkok .

16.30 pm. Arrive in Bangkok .

I bought close to 16kg of clothes/bags/souvenirs but still not enough and my check - in luggage over weighted!

wow tats awesome...i'll email to this tour...dunno still enuff timme to get them not...erm i dun think i can buy so much cloth cos im not slim type...i wear size L to XL which is hard to find there...perhaps jewelry n bra mayb la...which place u find shopping the best huh??u stil hv ur itenary?share wit me pls....

Dunno jewellery but bra...make sure u get it from Shopping mall like CEntral & Robbinson. Buy those branded one like wacoal, triumph, Elle, vanity fair, guy laroche etc...they are good quality & cheaper than M'sia

okie dokie..i will lor...so kan cheong to go there d...but normally too excited then end up no fun geh.....
