QUOTE(RegentCid @ Aug 15 2015, 01:23 PM) Good Celebration but alot shop will be closed. Holiday means Hotel will be expensive and street is full of people. Transportation are worst Only on the Christmas day itself or throughout the whole week? I thought Japanese still have to work during Christmas? (means no public holiday for them) I used to work in a Japanese company last time, and during Christmas, our counterpart in Japan still have to work. |

(means no public holiday for them) Xmas on Japan are public holiday.I used to work in a Japanese company last time, and during Christmas, our counterpart in Japan still have to work. Don't mix up company and shop. Now alot shop won't open on public holiday. On company side those have family will take annual leave plus public holiday go enjoy year end vacation which means Japan will full of people on street and trasnpotation bewteen city to city will be increasing. |

QUOTE(RegentCid @ Aug 17 2015, 02:19 PM) Xmas on Japan are public holiday. Hmm, this contradicts with many articles and comments that I read on the internet, which claims that Christmas is not a public holiday in Japan and stores will remain opened. It's New Year which they claim most shop will close on.Don't mix up company and shop. Now alot shop won't open on public holiday. On company side those have family will take annual leave plus public holiday go enjoy year end vacation which means Japan will full of people on street and trasnpotation bewteen city to city will be increasing. |

Am going to korek all my balance HKD & SGD and bring to Japan. Since both currency already increase alot for the last 2 years. Tis behavior a bit odd but hopefully can neutralise the lost in exchanging MYR with JPY now.
