Anyone noticed a new addition to the exclusion list?

“Qualified retail purchases” shall include all local and overseas retail spending, online purchases and new Zero Interest Instalment Plan (ZIIP) full purchase amount (not monthly instalment) and exclude the transactions that earn Cash Back under other on-going Cash Back promotion, flexipay, balance transfer, auto-debit, recurring payments, payments for utilities, bill payments, direct marketing, insurance premiums, government related payments, payment via www.pbebank.com and ATM, cash advance / cash withdrawal,
quasi cash, casino transaction, interest payments, late payment fees, finance charges, annual fees, reversals, payment to charity(ies) and any form of service / miscellaneous fees.

With this they can rule out everything from Payonline?

Yes u are right. I had loaded both t&c and probably got mix up. oops.gif So PBB probably wants to exclude the regular winners in this thread. tongue.gif I think someone jump into it and pay bills thru payonline yesterday.

Bad News! From my colleague who called to CS:
They just called back, they said for those not yet calculated & credit the cash back for every swipe count will be disqualified once u participate in the new promo

Hmm, I should expect the same reply then. If like that, cashback for Week 9 and 10 will be affected too. And if that happen, I may complain to Bank Negara and challenge it.

I called personally just now. The CS said no problem on my earliest swipe.. Only effective the date of SMS registration, u will disqualified for earlier campaign n enjoy the new campaign. So, hope this CS answer is the most accurate 1...

luckily i have not registered yet, better collect all the RM100 weekly first till 31.12.15 ...

this new promo RM100-120 monthly not so attractive also....

If register on 1.1.2016, i think we will qualify for all the weekly swipes CB RM100.

The new promotion excluded bill payment? May be not so, i remember current weekly RM100CB T&C excludes utilities (TNB) but someone paid TNB online and got CB also...... PBB TnC tak bole pakai?

Very typical of CS, diff folks diff answer. Better to write/email to CS and get a B&W answer.
