HLB Wise different at the rounding pattern, where the CB rounded to the nearest multiply of RM5, thats why u see several ppl in here are spending RM985 to get RM100 cash back.

bad payment record such as bounce cheque, bad cc repayment etc holds longer, bankruptcy last forever

Do they able to screen Im paying to different account? Or they just look at the Payee name.

Mine was pre-approved due to housing loan too, same goes to RHB VS, no need submit income document

Check with the customer relation manager at your home branch / where u take up ur home loan, sometimes they can do wonder if u speak with the right person.

Previous round it stated bill payment is not included if not mistaken, so now debatable is whether telecommunication & multimedia is considered as utilities We have success case that Astro & Maxis are eligible in previous round
