how long since your first transaction ? i am still waiting... since end of april...

this is my 6th week waiting for the phone since my first swipe... i dont understand why it takes so long to reach me but others received the phone earlier. I did called and asked CS if I am receiving the phone, they said yes. Now still waiting...

Does any of you aware that this Samsung Galaxy V phone promotion is only applicable to those customers who walked into the bank and apply online? I just called CS again and he told me so. I applied my card at roadshow counter at Mid Valley. He said will help me to get approval for the phone, need to wait another week.

I collected my Samsung Galaxy V ~~ PB service not bad.

end of april. long ago. my story a bit different. i waited till end of june, called CS twice. the second CS told me only customer who applied the card online or walk into bank can get the phone. CS appeal for me. waited 1 week, CS called and informed me the phone is approved. i got the phone within 1 week after CS's last call.

I swiped my card end of april, and i m not aware of the promotion that time. when i knew this promo from forum, i then SMS. waited about 4 weeks, ie at end of may, i called CS the first time. CS replied me will deliver the phoen within 4 to 8 week. and confirm i will be receiving the phone. waited another 2 more weeks, i feel weird, so i called CS again. this time, this CS is smart. he asked me how i apply my card, and told me only customer who applied the card online or walk into bank can get the phone. I actually applied the card at roadshow. the CS said will appeal for me. waited 1 more week, CS called and informed me the phone is approved. i got the phone within 3-4 days after CS's last call.

did you read my post about the application channel? if you are applying the card online and at branches, yes you entitle. else i think you need to call CS again to confirm. just to share what i experienced only. from what i experience, you dont need to wait 1 month to get the phone if you are entitled.

i dont understand what do you mean. the RM60 CB is follow your statement date, isnt it?

called and change your statement date now before it is too late for the last rm60 CB. they can do it within few days.

the CS told me can get it done within 2 days. I did changed the date, but my statement date is about 7-10 days to go when i make the request. they are quite efficient one, except the card application process la.

even for the mbb card, the CS told me need 30 days or more, but the new date take effect within 10 days i think.

do you mean that supplementary's transactions not entitle to cash rebate? so far, i dont have issue getting rebate on transactions from my supp card.

under this card's tnc from pbe website, it stated the below
"6% cash rebate on grocery, dining and online transaction locally and abroad, capped at RM50 per month per principal account (excludes payments transaction via www.pbebank.com)."

so i think this card is remain with 6% and capped at rm50 every month.
