Today I tried to pay DBKL-Cukai Taksiran via MyEG portal, but failed several times. Received "Payment Unsuccessful" error message as attached.
Few months back I paid the cukai successfully via MyEG portal. Then I tried to use UOB Payonline, no luck but this time it complaints about "Invalid Account Number". When I checked their sample bill, seems to me that it only accepts old format (e.g. 3000999995, not 10009999) Anyone face the same problem? Attached thumbnail(s)
