yes, that's y i said it seem sup cardholder is having more authority than principal cardholder. anyway, this is their system for separate credit limit for sup cardholder. But, you can still call up to ask them to read wat transaction is posted to your sup card acc.. I did the same last week.

for my case, my sup cardholder went to branch n was told that nothing can be link (coz they can't locate the card that suppose to tag to my sup cardholder), they asked my sup cardholder to go back after 2 weeks. after that I wrote an email to screw them and ask them add directly to my sup cardholder online account since they have did watever verification they want. then, today i saw the sup card holder's online banking under Add Card showing my sup cardholder card and I just link it with SMS verification.

exactly the same problem i faced! i just wanted my supp acc to be added to my principal online acc. so i called cs, cs said cannot and asked me to do it at branch
fine i went to branch A then they said ran out of pin, cant open online acc for my supp, then asked me to try other branch
went to branch B they said cannot be done since supp acc is now a separate acc. and i cant even do automatic fund transfer for my supp! what nonsense is that la really stupid kan, to me doesnt make sense at all haha

urs still ok since ur supp memang got pbb online acc in the 1st place. but for mine i will need to open a new savings acc for my supp in order to register a pbe online acc then only can link the supp card

i dont wish to call them every now and then just to check transactions lo.
hopefully by tonight (as told by the officer by 8pm) i can view my sup card transactions by logging into sup card online account.

wa, luckily my sup card holder has existing saving account then. else i dont think i will open a saving account just for the sake of viewing the card transactions online.

Just FYI, I managed to pay IWK bill in PosOnline, using my PB Visa Signature, with PAC.

In PosOnline "View Transaction History", the status show "Transaction successful".

Anyway, will call IWK to confirm the payment later.

Yes..I did a US$ transaction 12.33 am. transaction sms also said so.
then statement reflected as done 1 day earlier.
I called CS they say system shows transaction done 21.33am day earlier. Apalah the system switched the time kah??? I send screen shot of their sms with transaction time confirmation..they say will check..so many days liao..still keeping quiet


Same experience here. I called the post master to complain few times..still happens. The last time it happened, betul betul mengamuk..notice after that the postman rings the door bell when there's a parcel.
