I'm planning to get a bluetooth headset for PS5. Apparently i can get Razer Kaira for Playstation around RM400 (RRP RM569), is the headset worth to buy. If not what alternative that i can get for around the same price?

(oops wrong thread, will remove it soon)
(apparently i dunno how to remove this post, sorry)

Other than upgrading the amp for C3, nothing great in the market nowadays.
Can try Aiyima A03 to "add a new flavour" into your C3

Hi guys, I’m looking to buy a good speaker to listen to my vinyl/turntable (AT-LP60BT).

From a quick google search, I found most suggestions between Edifier R1280DB versus Presonus Eric 3.5.

Anyone here who owns either one of these speakers (or both haha) or had experience with it, can share which is a better sound system?

Will be listening in a small living room (condo). Thanks for the help.

Better or not is very subjective. I guess we can guide you to getting a speaker that suits you since they're like clothes.

tl;dr suggestion
-R1280DB for the top tier ease of use and fun colorful sound with jam-packed features
-Eris 3.5 for the most neutral box that represents the true sound

I like R1280DB and easily recommend it to anyone since it sounds amazing AND includes lotsa flexibility such as remote, bluetooth, multi-inputs that suit both pc and small tv console.

But when it comes to raw "non-processed" sound, the Eris 3.5 does it more raw and direct. It still has DSP inside to tune and tame it when it gets too loud, it's just... a speaker that sounds good. That's it.

I prefer the Eris 3.5 sound "and looks" in general but I would buy the R1280DB if I had to choose.
But if I know I won't be using it much other than work and display, the Eris 3.5 looks nicer to my eyes. sweat.gif

I think both is too small for living room. 5" or better 8" speaker more suitable.

wat i can say as owner of r1280db and r2000db is r2000db tweeter is less loud, less pleasing than r1280db. i like r1280db tweeters alot more than r2000db. if turn treble knob to max it sounds unnatural and tinny? i kept it at 0db. so that it doesnt sound weird.

take note that r1280db tweeter can go alot louder than r2000db

r2000db is better in terms of low end than r1280db. and no distortion of full range driver easily.

i mean u mentioned the other 2 speakers 1k above, why not search for other brands right?

Hi guys. Need some inputs here. Would really appreciate your help. My initial plan to buy this:

Sony HT-S700RF

i like it because of its 5.1 setup with 2 tallboy rear speakers. But the limitations are it only has ARC and dolby digital support, plus the wiring is a nightmare since it does not have wireless SW or rear speakers.

Then i turned to this:

Sony HT-G700

The pro are it supports Dolby atmos, dts X and eARC, wireless SW, cons are it is only a 3.1 setup and it will compress the dolby atmos into 3.1 setting.

I plan to setup with my 55" TV in living room, my TV does support eARC. Since both of their prices about the same, so does anyone can share their experience using either of them? Or could recommend other choices available with simiar pricing?

Edifier B700 shares the same price, but is a 5.1.2 soundbar. Could not find much reviews on it too.

Thank you!

Thanks bro. Will take a good look into it. Meanwhile, what do you think of the samsung HW-Q930B / Q990B? claimed it is 9.1.4 but most channels are all clamped into a soundbar, but the rear speakers are atmos wireless though. Price is about 1k more expensive than sony.

not entirely fake. Technically still can consider as 5.1. With the price, of course cannot compare with those high end AVR
