I bought Lavile, because:
1. it is FREEHOLD.
2. AEON Cheras is just right beside.
3. MRT is very near & link to AEON.

I hv always passed by the site every week to view the progress of Lavile. I saw Mira hoarding completed long time ago (may be 1 year), and now the gate door was closed & some machinery was stored inside, but never see any construction activities.

Agreed, good location. The convenience will offset the view.
By the way, u can go to the sky garden for good view.

The Block A1 & A2 facing KL City have good view of KLCC, KL Tower & TRX.

I don't think SV2 will block the view of KLCC & TRX, but KL Tower not so sure, may be at the most right corner of Lavile can see it.

It is not necessary to own the unit facing KLCC to enjoy the view 24 hrs, now I stay in city centre that I can view KLCC, KL Tower, TRX & KL 118, but after long time I feel nothing special to view it.
If nothing blocked by future development, the 9th floor (facilities) also can have the view.

And besides, the initial protest was only covered by Utusan (thanks to LiNKInPaRk108 for the news link). The other mainstream press overlooked it, so highly unlikely that it will get the same free publicity like Malton's Bukit Kiara project.
