so far eyeing on Par3, Lavile and Velo2 but couldnt decide as factoring in location, convenience and safety.

if you visit the site you will notice that mira already has begun, the development boards and hoardings are up.

I also bought one ard $868psf (yr 2017). Partial furnish.i prefer Lavile coz the location and concept good. If give me another chance,i still stick back Lavile instead Mira.Mira too tiny land and carpark will be big issue.facilities cant expect much.

Ya i aware that.the agent did explain to me coz of foreigner rules threshold >$1m.hence they come out different package which local not entitle.eg:GRR rate(Guaranteed rental return) ,fully furnish,2 carpark lot. I am local so non my business.Part of the KLCC unit still reserve for local during initial launch.

Nope. More than RM 9xx/sf from my last visit there for the remaining Block A and B units.

Just let them protest. They also can't do much since DBKL couldn't pony up the cash to buy back that land.

And besides, the initial protest was only covered by Utusan (thanks to LiNKInPaRk108 for the news link). The other mainstream press overlooked it, so highly unlikely that it will get the same free publicity like Malton's Bukit Kiara project.

Heard that PV MIRA gonna launch in November.

Two versions:
1. Launch as per usual. Even you file to court, if the construction hits 2C/2D, you cant do anything.
2. Do piling in order to claim more compensation from DBKL. You are the one who gives me permission to build, and now you need to pay me back if you want to stop me.
