New model for 2016 is CS-V24SKH. Anyway, the distributor said it's the same as previous model. I guess the code might be the production year code. Whether there is diff vs older model, I guess only ppl in Panasonic know.

planning to get 2 a/c. one for living room (joint with dining/dry kitchen), another unit for master bedroom.

2hp non-inverter for living room. 1hp inverter for master bedroom. is it ok? 

here's the floor plan (i have no idea what unit of measurement! mm?) and the location of the built-in wiring/piping (concealed, from developer) <--- marked "X"

p/s: there's another ac wiring/piping for dining area, but not planning to install at the moment. <-- marked "Z"

no, this one not the inverter sky series. just the new skh model normal 1.0hp inverter

want to compare this with the samsung new inverter series where The Star article stated to sell from RM1399. Dont know The Star got it wrong or not? because if RRP RM1399 which I assume will be the 1 HP, it will be cheaper outside.

Hello can somebody advice me?     

one of my panasonic unit also had pcb problem and had to be replaced. fan motor also had to be replaced. another panasonic unit within 1 month, the pcb for the ionizer light had to be replaced as there was rust on it! panasonic aircond quality is really down the drain these days. the one brand that gave me the most headache at home and at office. installed at office only because Panasonic is our customer. the one thing that really turned me away from Panasonic was after my unit spoiled and warranty was over, they gave me number of outside contractors to come to repair. they don't even bother to call for you! even the service sucks

I had non inverter air-con installed in new condominium by developer, wish to trade-in for new inverter type.

Existing aircon (No use before):
Panasonic 2.0 HP (CS/CU-PC18MKH) --- 1 unit
Panasonic 1.5 HP (CS/CU-PC12MKH) --- 1 unit
Panasonic 1.0 HP (CS/CU-PC9MKH) --- 2 units

Plan to replace with following Panasonic Premium model:
2.0HP CS-S18SKH (CU-S18SKH) -- 1 unit
1.5HP CS-S13SKH (CU-S13SKH) -- 1 unit
1.0HP CS-S10SKH (CU-S10SKH) -- 2 units

Need to replace the copper pipe.
Reuse back the existing electric point and water point.

Pls recommend aircon installer.

CS-C9NKH. non inverter premium model back that time. when first installed, the compressor made a very loud pulsating and swishing sound. my opposite neighbour also can hear. embarassing. when first called, it wasn't even Panasonic who came, they called a contractor to see what's the problem. the guy couldn't solve it and had to call a Panasonic guy to come. he could only reduce the pulsating noise and swishing sound. till today, have to live with the stupid sound. no more panasonic. i had the other panasonic unit at one of my condo replaced. this remaining one i moved it to guest room.

i did not call third party to come to repair. i called Panasonic and Panasonic called their contractor to come to repair. When their contractor couldn't solve, then only Panasonic sent their own people. FYI, Panasonic cannot cope with the increasing problems. they have to outsource. be warned, especially when ur indoor unit warranty is over, if your aircond got problem, they will give you their contractors number to call yourself. they will not call for you!
