but whats the problem it will cause.

i have not experienced such a thing, been using york and pana for more than 10yrs.

mine is darn cold, so always set to slow fan and temp at 27

Auto speed will off for some time
Suggest to use medium speed for daily use. If low speed suggested to use with ceiling fan.

This is indeed weird. Never heard such things b4. The lower the temp n higher the fan speed mean higher utilization n bill right? N wats the point of sleeping in an overly cold room? You will not have a decent rest.

If using it on low speed n high temperature causes a problem then wouldn't that sound like a manufacturing defect?

Hopefully some sifu's here can shed more light

According to his, the best is to put lowest temp if using low speed fan.
Best if using with fan.

From my experience, many normal people complain about not cold if econavi turn on inverter models.
*
Yes. This is true.
We switch on during night and later got warm no cooling at all.

what is the different between ecoking and coolingking by daikin ?
*
ECO King used R22 Refrigerant and Cooling King use R410A Refrigerant.

ECO King more energy savings. But not environment friendly as it use R22. R32 is more environmental.

Cooling King more environmental friendly and more cooling.

R410A: The Ozone-Friendly Refrigerant
• R410A as an alternative to R22 refrigerant because it is an ozone-friendly refrigerant.
• R410A refrigerant has no chlorine content which do not contribute to the depletion of the ozone layer.
• R410A is of zero ozone depletion potential (ODP=0).
• The lower the ODP value, the better environmental performance.
