Freehold, KL address with beautiful kolam and kelab house, seems like the reception is good for this area...... very cantik but sadly out of budget for me...... cry.gif cry.gif

I wish that I am an agent so that I could drive big car and buy this house. I am looking at this area and see this post when i google this project.. anyway any nice project to introduce me around that area for around one million??

Not sure those by IJM how much. Didnt survey landed. Did visit the ones at Mahkota Cheras (Vista). Not bad but I think around 1.4m

i just go through IJM website seems that their remaining products are all condos and quite pricey but look nice la ......now i am staying in condo so I would like to upgrade to landed....

The entrance to the development is very unsightly as there are low cost flats and unsightly, not well maintain shoplots. I'm sure some of the purchasers booked a unit without doing site survey.

The location of this development is not ideal as there are low house flats and many unoccupied shop offices at the only entrance to this development. The developer does not display these low cost flats and abandon shop offices in their models. The sales staffs also pretend know nothing about negative items at surrounding.

btw, I visited the sales office and project location a couple of times. It is indeed a very well planned and designed development. the layouts we nice. UNFORTUNATELY, as mentioned above... the low cost surroundings and deep seated location in such a turn off. Not to mention, the is a huge electricity grid running just too close to the project. I noticed that on my visit to the project site. you guys may check it up on Google Map.

Murfree would be just awesome if not for this few huge negative points. Just wished it was located somewhere better sweat.gif

I guess most hse now are build near to high tension cable.
- Lagoon homes in Kota Kemuning by Gamuda.
- Citrine in Putra Height by Sime dayby
- USJ Heights by Sime Darby?

And along Kelana Jaya LDP, i guess most ppl know that there's high tension cable along it. Even there's a Power Substation close to the terrace. Yet they are still selling high..

It's all down to the location. When the location is highly demanded, ppl will just buy it. smile.gif
