Terrace houses with a few Semi-D may be a better choice for this piece of land

There is a Pr1ma project just nearby and another high end Altitude 236 also ... so not sure a new high end condo can attract buyers.

kukuland si beh jialat.......always launched something then cancelled and relaunch again.

The Nest in Kajang also the same...later re launched again with different name and different product.

Alam Damai superlink was hot back then...perhaps can try superlink2 (or something) and market it as "new freehold Alam Damai Superlink extension" to see how market responds....

In fact, this is after the real Alam Damai. The surroundings here are not very nice actually.

I think it won't be condo as the slow sales on altitude suggest. Hopefully they will launch some superlink this time, but developer nowadays always wanna launch premium products like semi d or bungalow for the rich and famous, so i think it will be semi d and bungalow also

actually it also depends on the approval for the development. if the approval is for lower density smds and bungalows....you cant simply change to superlinks without reapplying for density study again....

meaning more money spend and more hands to grease.

well, the original development was 2st and 3sty semi-Ds, and 3sty bungalows. and it was abandoned obviously due to poor sales. so what kind of a new development they plan to carry out this time? that's why I thought a condo (maybe low-rise premium condo) could be the revised development.

If the developer knows how to explore a road from the green area and connect it directly to persiaran alam damai as main entrence, it will make it as extension of alam damai.

Then they can block, fence up the entrance from the shoplots jln 6/154d this will make some difference to the contrast of environment/landscape..

Freehold land is precious if they know how to develop it and market it.....

I will want to believe buyers are smarter than just being conned by some marketing exercise. The land is surrounded by sub-standard developments and businesses. This is a low end area.

The assess road you proposed is not practical. Don't thing that will ever happen.
