Just realize there is one big billboard at the back of the road near shoplot (not abandoned but only a few shop open) when pass by on my way home just now..
Never imagine that area will be a gng high end housing to be developed. Now ramai buang sampah at that area especially by the shoplot owner..
I tot the land is forest reserve..haha
Location wise, too deep inside and surrounded by low cost flats..the new completed inp terrace house infront of secondary school is better although both surrounded by lowcost..but still inp have better frontage

when asking them any infra/access road improvement, they keep stress landscape works will be done..wonder how to share the same road with prima1 house when u stay 2mil + house ? also the run down looks abandon shop lot...big negatv

Went to the sales gallery yesterday. It seems like Guocoland lack of marketing expertise. The staffs are friendly and willing to explain things in details, but they knows the price for each unit and have no idea on rebate and financial packages. How to do sales without financial packages when market is down?
