If this access is directly connected to Alam Damai, then isn't it an extended area to proper Alam Damai?

Don't think there is an issue for landed. The most you can build is 10-11 units per acre. Density only applicable to multi storey buildings.

The land between rundown shops and persiaran Alam Damai is under I&P, reserved for condo development. Surely the your proposed "access road" can't pass thru their land. 6/154D is the only road access to Murfree.

Beside rundown shoplots and low cost flats, there is also an existing TNB 33KV PPU next to Murfree, which many people didn't notice. This will surely scare away the rich and famous.

Breaking news: Guocoland has change their development plan to 181 Units of Terrace House and 6 Blocks of 34-41 Storey high Condominium. The plan has been submitted to DBKL for review.

There will be a total of 1378 residential units within Murfree development, with density increased from initial 21 residents per acre to 121 residents per acre.

Another Pri1ma Alam Damai in the making.

I wonder how much the terrace houses will be priced. KL address and Freehold.

I&P is planning for 2 condos total about 450 units at the site adjacent to the existing townhouses in Alam Damai. Size range from 900sf - 1200sf.

Tentative launch date is end of the year.

Having TNB PMU at top of the hill. Wonder is this the radioactive concern which turn down the buyer interest..
EMF radioactive frm that PMU can reach up to how many meter away ?
