Beside rundown shoplots and low cost flats, there is also an existing TNB 33KV PPU next to Murfree, which many people didn't notice. This will surely scare away the rich and famous.

Breaking news: Guocoland has change their development plan to 181 Units of Terrace House and 6 Blocks of 34-41 Storey high Condominium. The plan has been submitted to DBKL for review.
There will be a total of 1378 residential units within Murfree development, with density increased from initial 21 residents per acre to 121 residents per acre. Another Pri1ma Alam Damai in the making. |
