70% of my online purchases are from 11street.my .15% from lazada. 10% from taobao. 5% from other sites.

Aggressive seo doesn't do any good when the people aka buyers and future buyers already realize what you're doing.
It would damage the brand "11street" and googles does not like it either and would tag you as spam
I know you're being paid to promote but you're nt doing the brand any good right now.

They have their way of getting the discount back from you, also a very special way of determining REFUND.

Just to share my recent experience.
Bought item A rm160 with coupon (it is overprice but slightly cheaper than the market price after discount), and item B rm30 with coupon. Paid in a single transaction. Item B is different from what the merchant had advertised. They agreed to refund and told me no need to send the item back to them.

Guess what happened. They refunded me rm4. How come? RM 30 - discount for item B - discount for item A. And this is the final decision from the higher authority.

Lesson learned: perform transaction for every single purchase.

So you paid rm26 and get nothing?

If they don't refund shipping means you pay rm30 for nothing.

If that is so it's a very bad practise. Is 11street the most immoral platform?

11street DOES NOT use discount / voucher. You have to grab the coupon yourself from the website.

Yeah, buy from good review shop is more trustworthy.

Hmm so far I have not face any bad customer support. The latest they would reply me is within 2 working days though. If they still have not reply you, you could try to call them up at the number provided at their website which is 03-2720 0000. I believe they would definitely solve your problem.

I wouldn't say buying big electronics would be good in other website though because you might not know if they ship you the fake or incorrect product from what you expected. At least from 11street, you can directly ask the seller about it and know if they would respond to you or not and also once u pay thru 11street, your money would not go directly to the seller until u have confirm your purchase.

Thanks for sharing and what was the products so that next time i will be more cautious when buying. Also, you got inform 11street or not? As it tarnishes 11street good reputation la. So far I have no encounter such problem with 11street. Service is good.
