when i wick i leave it long and pull through the first metal ring, then cut to the top of that ring. Once you push it back in start juicing the wick and then before assembling grab your tweezers and push the wick a bit back so you can see the juice hole on each side. So far no problems for me.

the paint on it very easy to scratch off. have to be extra care

So to say just make sure the juice channel is not blocked and use the cotton open it up like a fan like the Kanger Subtank

Alright if coiling and wicking the Lemo 2 is the same as the Subtank Mini then I wont have problems with it.

It is not my young padawan. If you buy it, there's a ready made coil in the RTA. The coil is reversed to fit into the post hole BELOW the main deck

Coil size up to you but here is a tutrial by Rip trippers

But you can trap it under the screws if you are using a higher gauge wire, 26 or 28 can fit

Seems a little complicated with the coiling.

I'll be using 26g.

Usually I'll wick it like the Subtank but I'll cut the cotton to a point I can put some into the juice channel.

It's the same as the juice will eventually be getting its juice from the juice channel.

As for your questions, if you're using kanthal 26g to get 0.6ohm, you'll need 6 windings on a 2.5mm inner diameter.
For 7 windings for 0.7ohms on the same inner diameter.
