i wish to upgrade to higher cl, requirement is meet, is it need to convert to platinum? converting consider as new apply?

if your income has increased by a lot, then the bank may advise you to convert to new card. Choose your upgrade wisely.
Otherwise, you can remain at existing card with higher CL.

Submit your income document to bank and request for CL increase.
