Yea..i just did. I told CIMB I did not get the chance to print out EPF statements. They said it is ok. Didn't even ask me to send them later.

I received email by requesting for income documents, just provide for payslip with 3 months salary crediting statement

Initially it was email requesting for documents and I provided 3 months pay slips only. Then got a call from CIMB to process the application. After that straight away got email stating that if i don't receive cards within 2 weeks, then call in to check status.

Installment plan at participating merchant? If it's that, it depends on the merchant to absorb it.

No. I mean after I swipe the amount and call cimb to arrange the 0% easy payment for that particular credit

Cimb don't offer such services.

It's either on the merchant side or you need to BT it out.

Not sure if anyone had experience on below.

Let say you purchase a item online RM300 using Cash Rebate CC, you should get 5%.
But few days later item out of stock so seller offer refund via CC or Account credit.

If i opt for refund via CC, will CIMB reverse my 5% rebate?

haven't experienced that but most probably will. if not, a lot ppl will abuse it

Based on my experience, it depends on the online merchant. 11street will ask you if you want 11street credits or amount banked into your designated saving/current account.

Today received my Cimb card... No zing card given to me... Great... =)

Btw, I still haven't see the cc shown in my cimbclicks, do I need to give them a call to link my cc to saving account?

I saw my CC linked in CIMB Click before receiving the card.
I guess you will need to make a call.

I thought they will automatic link to my account since I apply through my cimbclick. Well, tml will give them a call.

10 working days to be received your card right, submitted on 1st July...

You need to call the CS to link it . My personal experience.

No need to try to pay TM bill at TM website. I have tried it and won't get 5% cash back.
