btw, at home even worst..no signal at all for 2g...3g n above ok...few phones for backup using old nokia.. complaint to them since 2013...until now...nothing...2g totally no coverage

better buy other prepaid to test out.
Your place might be a blind spot for many telco.

I already buy umobile prepaid.... speed is good......... the only throwback is umobile seem to block CSGO competitive game... so i have two option.... buy celcom prepaid..port my postpaid celcom to umobile P98...or buy other telco prepaid yellow or green just to cater my CSGO data...and use umobile as my main telephone line...

got full bar H+ but the data is not stable, sometimes no data at all

doing online banking which requires TAC no. need to attempt few times only can receive the SMS sad.gif

I know what that feels like.. thankfully i have a secondary mobile number to rely on.. i got d celcom 38 for its data perks, but it's not been serving me well.. so am hoping badly that it gets better after this..

Problem with celcom is even those areas not under the upgrade project is also affected. Speed is horrible, and I'm not those who check with speedtest. I can tell just by normal browsing on the phone, and guess what celcom didnt even bother to retain by calling or smsing. Nothing from them when I ported out.

Certain areas in Klang Valley after modernization is superb lo. Like Kepong for example, the whole Kepong, Bandar Sri Damansara, Sg Buloh the speed is super awesome there. Others I not sure. Previously, the speed is really horrible. Previous Celcom user.

Nowadays hard to depend on 1 telco only..
We needed backup line or secondary one if there any problem..
Lucky I got.. So not so serious effects..

Maybe it will become better after the upgrade.
It just left few more days. Why don't you wait for the upgrade finish then only decide whether to port or not?
If is the speed is still bad after the upgrade then only port!

Celcom line is not that good at indoor.
But after my area modernized at least it does slightly improved regarding this issue.
2013 until now still no response? that's terrible. Btw, complaint through phone call complain or at center?

Me too, last time I patient to wait for the upgrade and didn't quit.
Few of my frens they quit during the modernization, thank god after that it didn't faile me and does improved in our area.
Then two of them port back to Celcom.

I suggest not to rely on Celcom line for banking purposes when the upgrade is still ongoing.
Better use lan line or wifi.

The date of 29 sept properly is for KL and Selangor area only. lol

Yes, i realized i needed a back up (using U28) which is inexpensive.. best decision ever! hahaha
