I want to share my experience being a Celcom user over the year.. At first it was Ok - Where I work in KL (Along Jalan Raja Laut, around Chow Kit area) at first was getting stable 4G reception with decent speed (I realize that I don't get full 4G speed, but ok la, no need so fast pun)

Then over the months, I realize the network was getting crappier, yes I still have 4G network connectivity (according to my phone and wifi dongle connectivity-icon), but there's no data movement at all and I have consistently more than 3GB of data quota every month (inb4 data sudah habis la mang).

Then I decided I should just switched to the lower preferred network settings, 3G and it's still the same. The connection + speed (the speed deteriorates badly too) is so lousy. I would port out to other telco, if there were any cheaper with better benefits.

Btw I do have umobile, and it fairs better Celcom in terms of coverage in the city (KL/PJ) but kinda sucks in the new mall where there's no telco network booster/repeater or strong tower coverage..

Recent 3 months, Celcom has been upgrading their tower for faster 4G speed mainly at KL area.
This upgrade can affect user connectivity and internet speed. You should check out Celcom official site, you can find out more details there as they are showing you the schedule for tower upgrade...
USJ which session? Based on the schedule shown, USJ is still ongoing for the tower upgrade.
Speed will drop during the upgrade. Don't you receive the sms from Celcom? They will msg u and inform regarding this issue.

Nowadays hard to depend on 1 telco only..
We needed backup line or secondary one if there any problem..
Lucky I got.. So not so serious effects..
