Hi fruitie, I'm Lee, having issue in:

1) Taman Sri Bintang, Kepong - 3.187333, 101.645903
Two month ago, indoor 4G reception is good, 2G/3G mostly no signal, but since one month ago, 2G/3G/4G reception was bad, almost unable to connect.

2) Taman Amansiara, Selayang - 3.271878, 101.647423
3G shown connected with fullbar, but unable to make/receive call/data.

Called customer service before to do some troubleshooting but still doesn't help... Been tried with sim from another telco, both locations reception are fine.

Thanks for the follow up...

It's been improved for:
2) Taman Amansiara, Selayang - 3.271878, 101.647423 - No more issue with 3G connection which is showing full signal but unable to call/data.

But issue still same for:
1) Taman Sri Bintang, Kepong - 3.187333, 101.645903 - Indoor reception still weak for 2G/3G/4G, tried another telco's with same phone, works just fine.
During July there was 4G connection in this area, but now seems no more.

That's all I've tested so far, hope it helps for futher improvement... thanks! smile.gif

Finally the 4G is back today @ Taman Sri Bintang, showing 3 bars indoor + downstair.. Not sure how long it's been fixed cz before this usually I switch my phone to airplane mode as the signal so weak..

Gotta test for few more days and see.. Thx..

I'm at kepong, cheras, rawang usually are ok...
Just facing some drop call, data problem 2 months ago...

Yea, it's kinda weak, I'm in Taman Sri Bintang, indoor signal almost none, while past few months still have 4g...
Same at Templer Park area, Guard house can get full 4G... after went inside taman showing 3G but hardly get online...
