No point of fighting each other. I hold the view these 3 players would establish their own niche products with diff segmentation of buyer groups though there could be some overlapping which shall not be significant.

phase 1 was really going at very attractive price... thats why no clay bricks... phase 2 onwards all clay bricks (after they increase 100k as compared to phase 1 ) hahaha

Normally for terrace or landed development they will use either clay brick, sand brick, or concrete block. Clay brick and sand brick still allow you to do renovation. But for concrete block you need to check 1st and make sure the wall is free and not supporting any slabs. Most of kemuning utama house using block system.

I'm not sure, from my impression clay bricks is better since alot high end properties using clay bricks.

I could be wrong but I always thought that sand brick is not as solid as clay brick - for instance if you drill the wall of a sand brick, you can drill through pretty easy and actually there's a lot more mess (sand) that came out.

If drilling too much will the wall become porous at that area?

Too porous until nail or screw also cannot support mo?
