QUOTE(hafizrahimi @ Oct 16 2015, 11:13 AM) No point of fighting each other. I hold the view these 3 players would establish their own niche products with diff segmentation of buyer groups though there could be some overlapping which shall not be significant. |

QUOTE(wong8981 @ Oct 16 2015, 09:24 PM) Boss, as u were asking, can u enlighten us what is the different between sand brick and clay brick ? How better is clay brick. ? Normally for terrace or landed development they will use either clay brick, sand brick, or concrete block. Clay brick and sand brick still allow you to do renovation. But for concrete block you need to check 1st and make sure the wall is free and not supporting any slabs. Most of kemuning utama house using block system. |

I could be wrong but I always thought that sand brick is not as solid as clay brick - for instance if you drill the wall of a sand brick, you can drill through pretty easy and actually there's a lot more mess (sand) that came out.

If drilling too much will the wall become porous at that area? Too porous until nail or screw also cannot support mo? |
