hmm.. at least 2 house has moved in + 1 renting. Street Light inside Chimes compound + around Rimbayu is working. Only the stretch from the traffic light towards the 3rd roundabout not working. But this is from my last visit 2/3 weeks ago not sure about now.

Inside Chimes the street light is working but it's still consider dark because all the houses the still no light.

When are you guys moving in? Seem like more people moving in after raya/year end. Some said will move in before CNY next year.

I would advice you to have back up plan because not sure you will be among which batch to receive the key. Once you got the keys then should be quite easy. Like me I thought I will get the keys in March but only got it in April and like Botack only got it in May.

One of Chimes owner I spoke to just move in few days ago while his unit undergo renovation. He just completed his master bedroom first and moved in. Reason being, he already sold his old house and have to move out after 3 month delay smile.gif

For my unit.. I think it was quite good. I don't have much complaint (still 2 pages long) but mostly are minor defect, hairline crack, paint issue, some minor dent etc. Only major issue with me is the low water pressure for cold water. Other units also have problem with mater pressure I think.

So far only one unit got major issue with water leakage but it could be due to the renovation that the owner did also. The leakage was rectified by IJM & owner's contractor.

In overall, I think the quality is quite good.

I thought this issue already resolved. Last time it took a few weeks after VP to get all units installed with water meter and TNB meter. If not mistaken they said contractor don't have enough meter and what not. But after that all ok.

I've moved in and the only one in my lorong. Only a few days ago my front door neighbor move in. The road to Rimbayu from 3rd roundabout is properly light maybe just a small stretch that the light was turn off but still ok for me. The whole road in Rimbayu is with street light so that ok too.

Security. At night at the first guard near traffic light the guard will stop you and check your sticker. Then the guard to housing area will again check the sticker before letting you in. There are guards position at each corner of the Taman(I think.. didn't check all but seem like it. 4 corners 4 station with payung and table). Guard will patrol the area every half an hour or so.. some I saw on foot, some on bicycle and motorcycle. I saw them patrolling my backlane too. Not sure the other backlane.

Makan? Kota Kemuning the nearest loh.. Access road can use the Jalan Lombong to Cyber/Putrajaya or if you use 4WD just use the new connecting road with Saujana Putra.

Rimbayu is currently working on a community apps where they share new info, promotion etc that could benefit the community. Was told they will launch the apps soon.

The construction for Chimes Fencing has started. Guard house also near completion.

RHB very fast because IJM's so called account also with them. So they just do internal transfer or something like that. Last time my loan disbursement also very fast.

Chimes also got their fair share of defects from simple and not so simple defects but everyone work together with the RA and approach IJM for rectification and some upgrades. So far everything is good.

If you want to move right away then Chimes la. So far the occupancy rate was about 10 - 15% but sure will increase in 1/2 years when the surrounding area mature a bit more (price will increase too). As for security, so far no incidents happen in Chimes and the perimeter fencing has been completed. Boom gate with access card are coming up really soon.

One of the exit is in Rimbayu (or you can say corner of Rimbayu). This project have really long story, canal city, WCE and all. IJM is the contractor for WCE surely the exit will be in the benefit of Rimbayu.
