I need to run hypptv, then go back to the apps only got sound

Need your expert help. I just got this STB and manage to do as per instructed for ES file manager, Youtube, Showbox and Kakozedrama with MX player. Works like a charm.

Problem is I can't seem to get iFlix to work. Downloaded and sideload as per instructions. I'm often stuck in the front load page saying "You have exceed the 5 units allowed".

I check on my Samsung phone, only 2 units is connected and none of them is frm the STB. I also tried the clear cache and clear data. Still don't work. what did i do wrong?

Tot to share I'm loving it and the reasons are:
1. My mum watches Hypptv and also Android box.
2. Since this box comes w remote, it is so much convenient to load Showbox or Kakozedrama w a click of the remote.
3. Also, the remote is convenient to turn on TV, Hypptv and now Android box.. All in one.

So, that's my sharing for now, seek ur help guys.

just go to iflix using your pc and clear all device. then try again.

Just tried it and still not working.

Tried uninstalling the apps and re installing. Even tried other version. Still not working.

Do i have to do any other things?

cant think of any other... crazy thing... turn off the device power and try again... hahahhaa.... who knows?

do you know how to shutdown?

This is weird, have you tried to delete all your unwanted devices from this list?
Obviously do this from the device that is still authorized.

I clicked on sign into another account and clicked -> sign up.

what do you mean by shutdown? i just turn off the power button at the back of the device.

no need to shutdown from the system?

You should not use any sign in here as it should automatically signed you in.

Try this :

1) clear app setting for iFlix ( can do this from the Settings ). OR other way around, uninstall and reinstall. But do not run yet
2) open this site using the browser ( https://www.iflix.com/TM/ )
3) from that site, click on "OMG Lets Play"
4) it will automatically open iflix and sign you in automatically too.

I will do this everytime iflix say I need to sign in. Sometimes it did asked this kind of thing . lol

Finally after a year, i called TM and lied to them that my old Huawei EC2108E is overheating, they replaced with Huawei EC6108V8. Just like that. They didn't even take back the old box and no signature needed. All these while, I was wasting my money buying raspberry pI 2 and android box

Rant aside,

First thing i did was connect the Rii Keyboard (only RM50+ with lazada voucher, It has backlit keys and touchpad works like mouse.

Second connect 1TB HDD on the other USB port

Then i installed Kodi. Addon Quasar & Exodus

What i need now is Sambadroid to share files with my macbook, but it doesn't work since this unit is not rooted. Please recommend alternative apps.

Another thing, if in the middle of watching movie/ series on kodi, if i switched to Hypptv, and back to Kodi, Kodi will not continue the thing i was watching previously.

How to go about this?

As per your earlier post, you probably "wasted" money on d wrong devices..

As for the above problem, get a proper dedicated media device, a bunch of us did and have no such complaints.

yeah perhaps, those devices are cheapos.

I just tested 2 movies with 7.1 Dolby TrueHD/ DTS HDMA (5th element & Starwars Force Awaken) lagged & pixelated and the latter cant even start.

but when i tested Remux 7.1 DTS HDMA (Prometheus) it plays smoothly eventhough the remux file is bigger than the above.

Size isn't everything (not me, she says ).. It's more of compression, encoding parameters, codecs, firmware, hardware, support, etc. So hey, if it works satisfactorily for you, then by all means, go ahead. Else, you know what to do.. Just one GOOD box will do..

remux (ripped) mkv dtshdma is less demanding than full bdmv dtshdma in original m2ts.



just to share, i notice more videos are now coming out in 1080p 10bit hevc 265.

most boxes can't handle that, will need latest/premium generation!
