Actually all those I listed are still active or can actively be used bro. Just morpheus is no longer updated. But it still works unlike terrarium.

There is such a thing as asking for too much bro. While there exists custom fw for this model (model ya, not same box), using those will remove all TM customizations and make yer hypptv unusable.
If wanna use as a standalone box, better just buy a new one instead.

i've dowloaded hypptv everywhere ver 5.1 which compatible with unifi STB kitkat 4.4.2, but managed to view channel TV1, TV2 & parliament. other channel comes with error " Service is temporarily not available (105401)".

for comparison, i've downloaded android 4.4.2 emulator on pc and installed hypptv everywhere app and i can view all subscribed channel without issues.

You are not alone.. The UnifiTV app and or service is very tricky one. Chooses to work well on some, partially on others and not at all on the rest. You could try asking TM CS for a resolution.. But expect to be told that the problem is your device and that it was built for proper mobile phones or tablets.. Not "boxes".

In unifi STB, try set static IP for LAN eg. 192.168.0.109

Then enable wireless of STB with dynamic IP.

After that, you can watch all your subscribed channels.

managed to find and downloaded hypptv ver 6.3.2 and it worked like a charm.

True.. Probably doesn't have the proper UnifiTV service..like many (if not all) pre-unifi subs. These don't come with an STB & dedicated IPTV, but TM gives the UnifiTV app sub for 2 mobile devices, along with their package. So perhaps, the STB is the Android box he has and decided to run it on it.

My box dont have playstore preinstalled.

Nope.. Can't just simply sideload the playstore apk and call it a day.. Firstly has to be a specific compatible version and there are other dependent apps/services which must be installed as well for it to run properly. Do a search of this thread for similar folks who came up with a solution.

Guys, just got my STB replaced. 1st time using the HyypTV/UnifiTV after paying for this services blindly since VIP5 century~

Now that I'm using the white colour STB, and I understand that it can modify to support @str0 channels and hundreds of other channels with 1 time payment. Just wanna get some feedback from users who did this before I proceed with mine...

1. How much is the charges for such modification?
2. Once we did the modification, does the STB still cover with Unifi warranty?
3. Hows the video quality for these channels?

Hopefully some sifus here can share some knowledge with me~

2. By right? Nope.. But typically the tech guy who comes to inspect/troubleshoot won't care so much.. Just replace and leave. Though, if you meet the one that insists on not replacing due to T&C? Then bad luck..
3. Service dependent.. Actually, you should be more concerned about the picture output quality from that STB.. It's quite bad in my eyes. Then there's the performance factor to consider as well.. However, for most people with simple streaming needs, the STB will be good enough. If it isn't, then you'll know to upgrade to a better box.

Summarily, you should be talking with the service provider of such services as they'll be in the best place to answer such. Plus, some can offer you a trial run.. You test typically for about 24 hours and if you like their performance and offerings, you can sub for more.. Else, no choice but to pay first and test on your own.. Hoping for the best.
