Maxis, why do we need to unsubscribe when we did not even subscribe for it in the first. This is clearly is Maxis dirty way of marketing. I will charge Maxis RM10 for performing the unsubscribe procedure. Full of bullshit. Regret of porting in.

I also never subscribe to this CRT DIY Package and it deducted RM3 from me today! I tried dial *131# and I could not unsubscribed it. Please check and refund back to me!!!

I received the message of me subscribed to CRT. As I couldn’t unsubscribe on *131# and musicunlimited (it shows that I was NOT subscribed) so I just let it go since I thought I was not subscribed.

I realised I was still subscribed when I try to use my sister to call my phone and some unknown English song was playing instead of normal dial tone.

I tried *131# & musicunlimited again, doesn’t work again. I had to called HOTLINK hotline (1300-820-120) to cancel it. This is Hotlink’s way to earn extra RM 3 from us every month. RM3 is not much but still our money and I don’t like some random English song represent me when someone calls me on the phone.

You’ve to call HOTLINK hotline (1300-820-120) to cancel it the instructions given on sms or above was not helpful if Hotlink auto subcribe and renew it for you.

it is dirty work from Hotlink. I never subscribe this shit, no one will. i am just realize i have been charged 3 RM every month after i read this forum discussion.

I try to use *131# as per SMS it show i have no package So i am not aware it already charged each month. They already charged me for 5 months.
Holy shit man. I want my money back and delete this shit out of my number.

we can bring you to court it against the law. You should't force customer to subscribe. does your company have problem with financial so you need to deceive all your customer?

We should report them to https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/

Please deactivate my CRT package. I cant unsubscribe thru *131# . I tried every setting in *131# to delete. But it show i have no CRT package.. but then you charged me RM3 .. are you cheating? I want my money back.

this is getting silly.... yesterday received a sms saying I on free trial for CRT. Today another sms told me i on another free trial of CMA - Call Me Alert.

Can Hotlink stop being so annoying, trying to scam unsuspecting customer.
