why is something that is offered free trial but still charge for money? it feels like a scam.
lucky thing i follow other forumers also called to 123 and cancel it immediately to get refund.

First of all, apologize for the inconvenience caused. You can unsubscribe the service with the following steps via desktop:
1. Go to our site: https://www.musicunlimited.com.my/MaxisMU/?r=login/indexWifi, enter your phone number (60*********) and click "Request PIN". (If you're using Maxis Network, go to https://www.musicunlimited.com.my/MaxisMU/ then click on Sign In, you will be signed in automatically without requesting PIN)
2. A PIN will be sent to your phone number. Enter the 4-digit PIN number at PIN field.
3. Click on "Hi, +60*********" then "Manage D.I.Y. Package".
4. Click on "Remove", followed by "Confirm" at the confirmation pop up.

For mobile access, please follow the following steps:
1. Touch on top left Menu icon (3-lines icon).
2. For WIFI User, touch on Sign In, enter your phone number and touch on Request PIN. (If you're using Maxis Network, go to https://www.musicunlimited.com.my/MaxisMU/ then click on Sign In, you will be signed in automatically without requesting PIN, skip Step 3)

Cancel the crt by *131# and it keep coming back. Called ur cs few times just to cancel this. What a joke.
Do u need to earn by forcing everyone to use this?

What a scam!! This thing is charging us RM3, I didn't remember I was subscribed to this shit! I am also a new user and they automatic subscribe my account into this shit!! Auto charging my acc for RM3!! Wtf, when i try to deactivate going to,*100#, *131# or musicunlimited.com, the system said i didn't have any CRT package and don't let me deactivate!!!! Damn stupid, con people money like this... I want my money back!! AND delete that stupid CRT off my acc please!!!! I pmed the details!!!! Damn angry!!!!

Is 2018 September 4th , yet Maxis still charges me RM 3 for Caller Ringtone Package that I never asked for.

Call 123 to cancel the package but the previous charges for dunno how many months cannot be refunded.

If you check the itemized billing the CRT DIY packages are not itemized out in the bill.

When I try to unsubscribe before renewal date, it told me I don't have this service, but it still charged me after renewal date. Please refund!

It is completely scam!
