why is something that is offered free trial but still charge for money? it feels like a scam. lucky thing i follow other forumers also called to 123 and cancel it immediately to get refund. |

What a scam!! This thing is charging us RM3, I didn't remember I was subscribed to this shit! I am also a new user and they automatic subscribe my account into this shit!! Auto charging my acc for RM3!! Wtf, when i try to deactivate going to,*100#, *131# or musicunlimited.com, the system said i didn't have any CRT package and don't let me deactivate!!!! Damn stupid, con people money like this... I want my money back!! AND delete that stupid CRT off my acc please!!!! I pmed the details!!!! Damn angry!!!!

Is 2018 September 4th , yet Maxis still charges me RM 3 for Caller Ringtone Package that I never asked for.
Call 123 to cancel the package but the previous charges for dunno how many months cannot be refunded. If you check the itemized billing the CRT DIY packages are not itemized out in the bill. |

When I try to unsubscribe before renewal date, it told me I don't have this service, but it still charged me after renewal date. Please refund!
