You may cancel the CRT service via http://musicunlimited.com.my or dial *131# from your phone.
You may follow the below steps to deactivate the CRT DIY Package with the steps as below:

Step 1: Dial *131#
Step 2: Select Music & Contests
Step 3: Select Manage CRT
Step 4: To Delete :
-CRT ala carte, choose Delete CRT
-CRT package, choose Delete CRT Package
Step 5: Caller Ringtone Playlist will be displayed
-Reply with the CRT you want to delete i.e. Reply 1 for song listed as 1
Step 6: Susbcriber will be prompted "You are about to delete from your playlist "
Step 7: Answer Proceed to delete or Back to change your selection
-Reply once Proceed, “Your request is being processed. Please wait for confirmation SMS”
Step 8: Subscriber will receive an SMS from Maxis or Hotlink after deletion:“You have successfully terminated Caller Ringtone : ”

Hi Maxis,

Please stop cheating money by auto subscribing anything by default. It happened when I was on postpaid, now switched to Hotlink and happened again... Paid RM3 couple times for no reason. This is super annoying.

I managed to unsubscribe this CRT through website, *131# simply does not work for me. Going to make a complaint here https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/
