Chat with CS and mentioned would like apply wise card and share mach credit to it. They said will arrange officer to call me, but no response after 2 days.
Anyone got their credit card department email?

Hong Leong bank has the worst and least-trained customer service representative.

Not one of the worst, BUT it is worst.

Even the head of department of the customer resolution team is very rude.

They do not card about the customer experience.

Anyone tried changing the category of cashback before? How long do they take to do it (until the SMS notification was sent)? Think of changing it but not sure 2 days is enough or not (to be effective in August)..

Friend did ask for change 2 weeks ago, receive SMS on the same day, says effective next calendar month, Aug '15.

so i went to pick up the form from their branch.
wanted to apply for 3 and was only given 2 forms and was told to photocopy it myself, if i wanted more...

Are you taking the form on behalf of others? As I thought applying few cards just need to tick the relevant type of cards that you are applying on the same form.

Guys....i know this has been asked multiple times before but I am asking again just to re-confirm...
so the 10% cash back is based POSTING date, not TRANSACTION date right?

also, is the current month 10% cash back only valid for transaction from every 1st until 27th of the month? transaction/posting on 28th -30th/31st will be considered as next month cash back?

I've been tracking the posting date of my spending.

Even posting on the 30th of June is still consider as June cash back.

edit: I'm tracking so that i could just pay the statement balance minus off the cash back. That's why i can confirm posting date even on the 30th is consider as the current month.

FYI, u need to call before 25th of each month in order for the category to be effective next month.

eg,
change cashback category on 24th July, effective date would be August 1
change cashback category on 29th July, effective date would be Sept 1.

Cashback based on posting date. But I dunno the condition whereby after 27th of the month would considered as next month cashback. hmm.gif

Any T&C state that? I pump my petrol last month on 29th and posting date on 30th. I got my cashback on following month as well. smile.gif

as long as it's posted on the last day of the month, even on 31st also considered as cb for current month.
