Pray hard for the guarded to hold on.... My friend starting not paying the security fee now... It may ended up no one want to pay in the future... Just my 2C.

may I know why your friend opted not paying security fee?

I went inside one of the so called guarded community in puchong.....just drove pass nia......no question ask...no stop and see...no nothing....it was like 11pm at night summore.....

no....I didn't drive a fancy and expensive car.....

This is why all the new development people start opting for strata title and hope that the JMB or mgmt have more control of this matter.

yea, there are many cases where by from have guard to nil guard... Good luck for those who taman got into such case.

How well RIO city can sustain if only BPP people visit by the way... Will it end up like SS2 Malll??

Well landscapeded as in the roadside leading to each taman are well maintained with plants and road nicely tarred. Very obvious difference with other township in puchong.

As for guarded, almost all of the taman are designed with only one access and with proper guard house built. For the performance of guards ultimately it is down to the RAs n security company. I always believe guarded community although not crime proof , it is still the best deterrent for break in for housing area.

bandar puteri no landspace?
their roadside landscape alone is better than many tamans in puchong.
mpsj (or ioi?) had planted flowers on the road heading to p12 in 2013 and it's still there.

Very good question here... Lol looking at ioi record.. For mall other that ioi resort city.. The mall performance not that great more over this Rio take longer time to materialize zzzz

I&P almost no more land in BK ma, that's why their concentration is in AI & AS.

Even before when they had plenty projects , it also looked no difference. I dont really like IOI but they really do spend effort beautifying BPP , credit must be given where it is due.

Seriously bandar puteri needs an upgrade on the infra in order to leapfrog to the next level. Otherwise it will still grow but stunted.
