Secondary landed in BPP is good, all guarded, well landscaped , all the amenities , all the commercial , hospital and schools nearby. U could get all your daily stuff done without stepping out of BPP. Probably the best township in whole of puchong somemore freehold.
Just that for condo at 650 psf in puchong , dont seem to be good value from point of view of appreciation and rental. If for ownstay and prefer condo , no comment.
