I think since Sepang/Kota Warisan is a bit further away and so we can't benchmark it as though it is like in the more prime area. So average psf is kind of quite difficult to make meaning out of it. Maybe compare with nearby will be better.

Avira in BPW nett price is 650K, 730K is the gross price, so discount abt 11%, higher than this "fake" Pavilion! Now Pavillion oso becoming a branding like Damansara & Kiara! Dont be surprised when another project will be named D'Pavillion, Kota Pavilion, Pavilion Heights or Bkt Pavilion in the future!

Discount 10% oni la, sure IOI will give more than that? They would rather spend money to send lots of sms & emails than give refreshments during sales preview!!!
