Yes, quite far away to the nearest LRT station, some more owners have to go through the commercial area jam in Bdr Puteri before they can reach the station.

IOI is trying to be too innovative & creative here la, which is good but the design must be practical la! The old school design of the common toilet located outside the bedrooms is still the best I guess?

Reason is bathroom is usually small and congested. More so for a small space condo. There isn't a lot of space to hang your cloths and still able to keep them dry.

So even if you are single person staying in a room of a condo, having a sort of attached bathroom is nice.

True also boss, if the bathroom is small then very inconvenient to remove your clothes there to take bath, especially if you are big sized! biggrin.gif Sure the clothes will get wet or you are bound to hit the basin or the door when removing your clothes.

So pros & cons la for having the bathroom inside the bedroom!

One of the -ve point is that the LRT station is quite far away, got to battle thru the jam at the commercial centre before you can reach it. During peak hours, nt sure how long it will take to reach the station? hmm.gif

Bro, every day drive out of Le Pavillion and go home also have to go thru the crazy traffic jam, not many ppl can tahan la! biggrin.gif So it depends on your tolerance level. It also depends on your defintion of "matured area" and whether the matured area has only one access or mutiple access. If it has mutiple access with some not so jammed, then it's better.

Prop prices in the secondary market, especially the ones in prime areas, will never go down, at the worst level maybe stagnant only. However, for new props, developers will offer rebates & freebies to attract buyers to push sales.
